  • Julian Hobdy is a multidisciplinary creative and strategic thinker specializing in storytelling, design, and cultural impact. With over a decade of experience in media, education, and community engagement, he brings a sharp eye for detail and a passion for meaningful content. He’s held roles such as Digital Media Coordinator and Associate Director of Black/Africana Church Studies, leading branding, campaigns, and content strategy. His portfolio includes work with TCU, Fort Worth ISD, and Juneteenth celebrations. At SilverTint Media, Julian blends design expertise and cultural insight to create visually compelling, purpose-driven stories.

rodney johnson

  • Rodney Johnson is a Dallas native and lifelong creative with a passion for storytelling through motion. He earned his B.F.A. in Media Arts & Animation from the Art Institute of Atlanta and his M.F.A. in Motion Media Design from the Savannah College of Art and Design. Upon receiving his degree, he spent many years at Tube Creative, an award-winning, design-centric broadcast production company, working with brands like HGTV, UPS, ESPN and more. Rodney then worked as an independent freelancer, continuing to produce high-level work for top brands before launching SilverTint Media in 2024, where he remains committed to creating fresh, meaningful visual experiences.

  • Ricquel brings a strong background in leadership, strategy, & community impact. Originally from the Detroit metroplex, she moved to Fort Worth in 2015, where she led the top-ranked Boys & Girls Club branch in the nation. As the founder of Create + Collaborate and The Archer Approach, she has helped first-generation college students and small businesses succeed through strategic partnerships and marketing. At SilverTint Media, Ricquel’s expertise in team-building, problem-solving, and storytelling ensures seamless client experiences and impactful media projects.
